If you do not agree with these terms, you should remove Maid-chan from your server and discontinue its use.
Use of the Bot
You agree to:
- Use Maid-chan in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Not attempt to abuse, exploit, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the bot.
- Not use the bot for unlawful purposes.
Server administrators are responsible for how they configure and use Maid-chan's moderation and management features.
Availability
Maid-chan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The developer makes no guarantees regarding:
- Continuous availability
- Reliability
- Error-free operation
- Data preservation
Features may be modified, added, or removed at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, or other issues arising from the use or inability to use Maid-chan.
Termination
The developer reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to Maid-chan for any server or user found to be abusing the bot or violating these Terms.
Privacy
Use of Maid-chan is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of Maid-chan after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
