Information Collected
Maid-chan stores only the information necessary to provide its features.
User Data
The following information may be stored:
- Discord User ID
- Total number of messages sent (used for features such as leveling)
- Warning records, including:
- The user receiving the warning
- The moderator issuing the warning
- The warning message
- The timestamp the warning was issued
- Timestamp of the most recent use of daily commands
Maid-chan does not store the contents of messages.
Server Data
For each server, Maid-chan may store:
- Discord Guild ID
- Server configuration
- Feature settings
- Role configurations used by the bot
Each server has its own dedicated database identified by its Guild ID.
Data Retention
Data is retained indefinitely unless:
- A server administrator removes warning records.
- A user requests deletion of their personal data.
- The developer removes the stored data.
Data Sharing
Maid-chan does not sell, share, or disclose collected data to third parties.
The bot does not use third-party analytics or advertising services.
Data Security
Reasonable measures are taken to protect stored information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may request deletion of your stored personal data by contacting the developer through Discord.
